Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Middleton Lawn Maintenance website at middletonlawns.fun (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including customers who make bookings.

About the Service

Middleton Lawn Maintenance provides residential lawn cutting services exclusively to properties located on Middleton Street, Thamesford, Ontario, Canada. The Service allows customers to book, schedule, and pay for lawn maintenance online. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, scheduling capacity, and other operational factors.

Eligibility & Service Area

The Service is available only to residents and property owners on Middleton Street, Thamesford, ON N0M 2K0. By creating an account and placing a booking, you confirm that the service address is a valid Middleton Street property. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not meet this requirement and issue a full refund.

Bookings & Scheduling

When you place a booking through the Service:

• You must provide accurate contact information, including your name, phone number, and house number.
• Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe.
• Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the selected time slot but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
• You are responsible for ensuring access to your property (unlocked gates, pets secured, etc.) at the time of service.

Pricing & Payment

• The standard service rate is $40.00 CAD per lawn cut.
• An optional clipping cleanup add-on is available for an additional $3.00 CAD, bringing the total to $43.00 CAD.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Your card will be charged immediately upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours before service: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund, as resources and schedule time have already been allocated.
• Service not completed due to our error: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost, at your discretion.
• Weather cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

Service Quality

We are committed to providing consistent, professional lawn cutting services. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, including offering a re-cut at no additional charge where reasonable.

User Accounts

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middleton Lawn Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from the provision of lawn maintenance services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

We carry appropriate liability insurance for our lawn maintenance operations. In the event of property damage caused by our crew during service, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information when booking
• Attempt to circumvent or abuse the booking or payment system
• Book services for properties outside the designated service area

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oxford County, Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
